The hot fudge sundae pop-tarts are the only pop-tarts my son eats. He calls them "birthday cake." They are messy because the filling is like marshmallow fluff, but runnier. I think that's why my son likes these--they aren't as dry because the filling is like the consistency of thin pudding. Sometimes it's too messy for his taste, so I stick it in the fridge or freezer for 10 minutes and the filling freezes and he likes that. It's a great flavor to try. I'm glad I could get the family pack in bulk here for $28.11 with subscribe and save.

Kids love them for snacks at school..and it gets them thru to lunch...the product provides about 38 grams of CHO, or fuel for the body to be used as glucose....19g come from pure sugar and the other 19g from grain....and it is low fat..and the 5 grams assure that the fuel is metabolized slowly....it is not the best of choices, but better than chips or a soda....now if the school only sold milk!!!
