not always easy to find this size. this product does the job and can't beat the price for an item I might use 1x or 2x year. don't know about longevity of metal surface - so far so good.

This is a decent quiche pan at a good price that works as it's supposed to. However, the first time I washed it I got a HUGE gash in my hand just from holding it while I washed it. The thing is as sharp as a knife. It's probably not the best pan to buy if you have kids who do the dishes.
