I bought this tart pan after reading a recommendation for it online. The recommendation said that the tart pan was a great pan for the price, and functioned just as well as much more expensive pans. After using this pan a couple of times, I couldn't agree more.
I've made a couple of recipes in this pan and its 11 inch sibling, including one pecan tart that boiled over the top of the pan, creating a fantastic, burned sugar mess. I was sure that I would never get the pan clean, since burned on sugar is notoriously hard to clean up, but after about 10 minutes of soaking in cool water, the pan came clean easily, and looks brand new. The brushed aluminum on this pan works much better as a non-stick surface than my actual non-stick bakeware, which starts to show age almost immediately. The bottoms of these pans come out easily, making for easy tart prep and presentation.
I would recommend this tart pan and the pans in other sizes in this line to anyone looking for a good sturdy tart pan. This pan works great, and you can't beat the price.

I have been slowly replacing my nonstick baking pans, and this anodized aluminum pan is wonderful--even heating, simple cleanup, quick release, and no worry of scratching/peeling nonstick coating. You won't be sorry buying this pan or anything from this line!

I bought these for my wife for Xmas this past year, and she loved them! She has baked multiple tarts with them, and the results have been great.
Quality of the product seems high, as they have held up well so far.
Don't be afraid of one reviewer mentioning how sharp the inserts are; if you're not careless, you won't have an issue.
They don't have a fancy all-clad stamp on them (if you care about that kind of thing; I can be labeled guilty in some instances like our kick-butt crock pot), but these just simply get the job done with no fuss. Buy them if you want a great product.
