Good quality July 11, 2009 Momochi (Europe) 14 out of 14 found this review helpful
I have baked several recipes with this pan (including brownies, muffins, teacakes and tartlets) and have been really pleased with the results. Everything baked evenly with a lovely golden crust and the crust to center ratio turned out to be perfect. Baked items were also easy to remove thanks to the removable bottoms & the non-stick surface. The volume of the cups is just right for individual servings but depending on the size of the recipe you might end up with some extra batter (but for instance a brownie recipe for a 8" square pan was just enough for this pan as well). Cleaning the pan was pretty easy and the bottoms proved to be surprisingly quick to clean (washing by hand).
Great product!!! February 25, 2010 Custom Cookies (Nebraska) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have a small bakeshop and i could not believe how fast and easy i could make mini quiches and mini tarts with these pans!! The nonstick surface worked great and i am not a fan of nonstick!! i have 3 of these pans now and can't imagine being without them!!
Chicago Metallic 12-Cup Lift and Serve Pan July 6, 2010 Tj Johnson (Arizona) I must say that I love-love-love this pan. I have never been disappointed with any Chicago Metallic pans. I own alot of them. And this pan I have used for my cornbread and breakfast rolls. You will love the lift-out part of this pan. Nothing to worry about ~~ because they lift-out perfectly. TJ
Serves its purpose March 25, 2009 Small Time Baker (California) 18 out of 19 found this review helpful
The baked item was easy to remove and maintained it's ruffled edges. Cleaning the pan is very easy due to its non-stick surface. The volume of the cups is small so you may need two or three pans to bake a full batch of your recipe. All in all, this is a great pan to prepare baked goods or appetizers for sharing.
Works perfectly May 4, 2010 Jill (Los Angeles, CA) I love this pan. I used it to make mini quiches, and they slid right out. The pan is of fairly heavy construction, and the nonstick surface cleans super easily. My only concern about this pan is that I'll lose one of the square bottoms, but I can't really think of anything they could have done to improve that. All in all, I'm completely satisfied, and can't wait to make more cute mini appetizers in this.
