Wilton round non-stick tart pan September 30, 2008 Lady of the Foothills (Fiddletown, CA USA) 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
This pan is perfect for my needs! Removable bottom, non-stick and a great price. Delivery was fast and the product exactly as advertised. I do lots of pastry baking and have purchased other pans from other sources in the past that have been very disappointing. This was a GREAT buy!

The tart pan is exactly what we wanted. It is the right size for say an average pie. The quality of the tin is excellent and as long as we do not use metal such as: knives, metal cutting objects, metal flipper, etc.
Looking forward to using this tart pan for a long time.
Nonstick Tart Pan September 11, 2009 Daniel B. Thompson 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I use this Tart Pan for tarts, not quiche. The nonstick surface is truly nonstick, though easily scored if you cut the tart while on the platter. The separation between edge and bottom works well, though that may be a function of the fat in the crust I create. The bottom platter looks flimsy only, but I could not detect any bowing while under a full load and suspended in the air with one hand. No rust formation, unlike other pans people have reviewed. Cleanup is easily done with a scour pad, which leaves no marks on the surface; thankfully I can use more than a sponge to remove food residue.
Great Item! December 24, 2009 LMV2324 (Utah) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I've only used this one so far but it was easy to use. The bottom piece removed easily for a perfect tarte! Easy to clean too! Hope it holds up for a long time.
Great baking pan January 6, 2010 J. Pacheco (New Jersey) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this item about a year ago and it still works great. You can tell that it is made of heavy material, compared to cheap baking pairs that are lightly coasted and rust easily. One thing I notice is that when cooking my crust it burns quite easily, not sure if it's my oven or the pay. I also have wiltons 4" tart pans and the same happens. Therefore, I usually bake my crust in less time than the recipe calls for. I just bought a ceramic tart pan to see if that makes a difference.
